Because all processing takes place locally in your browser, technical issues are typically tied to specific browser versions or hardware environments. When reporting an issue, including the following details helps us reproduce and resolve it quickly:

  • Your browser brand and version (e.g. Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge).
  • Your operating system (e.g. Windows, macOS, Linux, iOS, Android).
  • The specific tool you were using and the file format/dimensions involved.
  • Any error messages displayed in the tool workbench or browser console.
